The Importance of a Morning Ritual

From the moment you wake up in the morning you are confronted by choices. Do you get up or do you snooze? Do you exercise or do you meditate? Do you you drink coffee or make yourself a smoothie? What you do first thing in the morning sets the tone for the entire day which is why a morning ritual is so important!

A healthy mind, body and soul is the key to a good life and to have all 3 in a good place at the same time can take some fine tuning!

So what is the secret to healthy bliss? I have done my research and have a kitchen cabinet full of plenty of products that I start and give up on because I don’t see any results however there has been a lot of hype around JS Health so I thought hey, why not give it a go! Let me tell you…I am 2 months down and and about to order my next batch.

My skin is generally pretty clear so I can’t comment too much on improvements there although my complexion does have an extra glow to it these days however my hair…my gosh, the transformation was noticeable after only 1 week! My hair was softer, healthier, shinier and thicker. After 2 months of using Hair and Energy by JS Health I can safely say that my hair has definitely taken a turn for the better and had a massive growth spurt. I can affirm the hype is definitely legit!

JS Health Vitamins…an essential part of my morning routine

I am a big believer in that the way you start your day sets the tone for the day. It is important to wake up and place yourself in a positive mindset to ensure a positive flow throughout the day. It’s all about those positive vibes right!

Below I have outlined an example of my morning ritual:

  1. My alarm goes off at 6am every morning. Not that horrible ringing alarm but I have a “Wake Up Happy” playlist as my alarm to you know…wake up happy 😊
  2. When you wake up it is the best time to create a positive mindset and set your intentions for the day so I always do a 10 minute meditation on positive manifestation to call in and align with what I want to come into my life.
  3. I mix up my JS Health Vitality X Collagen and drink that with my Hair & Energy, Detox & Debloat and Skin & Digestion supplements.
  4. While having my JS Health supplements I say “Goodmorning Google” to receive my daily schedule so I know what lies ahead for the day along with any daily news updates.
  5. I commit to 30 mins of exercise whether it is an online workout or a morning walk.
  6. I shower and then proceed with my skincare regime.
  7. I make my morning coffee and a nutritious breakfast.
  8. I am ready to start my workday.

We are all unique and that’s what makes us all so beautiful! It is important to figure out what works for you, what gets you out of bed in the morning? What motivates you for the day ahead?
